A technology executive with 18 years of work experience in building world-class businesses that provide meaningful solutions to global clients.

As Atricore’s founder and Chief Executive Officer, Gianluca is responsible for all aspects of the business, including strategic direction as well as leading the company’s marketing and business development efforts. In this role he guided Atricore through the challenges of becoming a profitable independent business, executing a dual licensing and subscription business model and a low-cost go-to-market model for selling open source identity and access management software and related professional services.

Sebastian Gonzalez Oyuela

With experience in multiple executive-level roles across several vertical industries, Sebastian brings a wealth of software development and technical advisory experience to the company.

For the last 15 years, he managed offshore operations and software product lines for a wide range of organizations. He is an experienced system architect, driving product vision to reality by coupling state of the art technology and practices with real customer validation. Sebastian also held senior architecture and engineering positions at Intersoft, Citibank, Telecom, Brahma, Inter-American Development Bank and World Bank.

Carlos Baradello



Dr. Carlos Baradello is an investor, advisor and public speaker. A leading innovation and entrepreneurship practitioner, Carlos draws his understanding from his broad global business and academic experience, deep technical knowledge and understanding of the realities innovators encounter in organizations both large and small. His experience working with hundreds of entrepreneurs around the world has enabled him to gain key lessons in the creation of sustainable social and economic value across multiple sectors, and their global growth.

After earning his Engineering Degree from the Catholic University of Cordoba, he earned a Master of Science degree from the Eindhoven University of Technology (The Netherlands) and his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

VP of Sales

He holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. His responsibilities include selling and marketing Atricore’s Identity and Access Management solution in the commercial market through a variety of sales and marketing activities, finding, developing and closing sales opportunities through a structured sales process, developing and maintaining relationships, coordinating and communicating with pre-sales, contracts and post-sales, working with channel and alliance partners to increase opportunity size and expedite closure of such business opportunities.
