Dito CRM

SOC Improvements & Kubernets Implementation

Dito is a Brazilian company with a robust track record spanning over 15 years in the industry. Specializing in omnichannel CRM solutions, Dito excels as a technology-driven enterprise. Their expertise lies in delivering comprehensive CRM services tailored to meet diverse client needs

Dito had implemented an open-source Security Operations Center (SOC), integrating a comprehensive array of tools including SIEM, XDR, Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence platforms into their infrastructure. This initiative reflects their commitment to proactive cybersecurity measures. Dito sought Atricore's expertise to enhance their SOC integrations, boosting its effectiveness and performance within their cybersecurity framework.
As an initial measure, Atricore conducted a comprehensive SOC Assessment to evaluate the existing integrations and identify targeted enhancements required for Dito's infrastructure. Following this evaluation, Atricore proceeded to optimize the integrations and implemented "QUASH" (Atricore's SOAR) into their infrastructure to streamline and automate processes. Finally, a bespoke integration was developed to enable the complete SOC operation to run on Kubernetes, delivering enhanced operational agility, self-sufficiency, and autonomy for Dito.

Enhanced Security Posture: Dito gained insights into their existing security infrastructure, allowing targeted enhancements for improved defense against cyber threats.

Enhanced Response Automation: Integration of "QUASH"empowered Dito with advanced automation, streamlining incident response within their SOC and bolstering their cybersecurity capabilities.

Improved Operational Agility: With a Kubernetes deployment, Dito gained the agility to scale resources as needed, allowing them to promptly respond to evolving security challenges and business demands.
